  • 3 pieces naan or pita bread, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Toss bread, oil and cheese together. Spread on a baking sheet and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until crispy and golden.
